What is Workestic Drive Exporter?
Workestic Drive Exporter is a Stripe Dashboard app by Workestic. It exports customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, and more into Google Sheets in an app-created Stripe Exports folder in Google Drive.
How do I install Workestic Drive Exporter?
Install Workestic Drive Exporter from the Stripe App Marketplace for the Stripe account you want to use, then connect Google Drive from inside the app.
Do you store my Stripe data?
No. Stripe export rows pass through our API in memory only long enough to write your Google Sheet, then are discarded. We store limited account, export-result, connection, and operational metadata, not exported row contents. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I connect Google Drive?
Open the app in your Stripe Dashboard and click Connect Google Drive. You’ll sign in with Google and grant access so we can create Sheets in the app-managed Stripe Exports folder in your Drive.
How much does Google Drive Exporter cost?
Free supports manual exports with up to 250 source rows per export, not per month.
Pro ($9/month planned launch price) and Business ($19/month planned launch price) are visible on our pricing page, but cannot be purchased until paid automation is ready. No account is charged without explicit Checkout consent.
What counts as an “advanced report”?
Advanced reports are multi-tab or multi-metric exports such as Export all, Revenue pulse, Subscription health, and Open invoices. Basic exports are individual object types like Customers or Invoices.
Where are exports saved?
The app creates and uses a Stripe Exports folder in your Google Drive. Each export is saved as a new Google Sheet in that folder.
Why is the first export slow?
Our API runs on Google Cloud Run and scales to zero when idle. The first request after a quiet period may take a few seconds while the service starts, usually under 10 seconds. Later exports in the same session are typically much faster.
How do I disconnect Google or uninstall?
In the app settings, use Disconnect to remove your Google connection from our database. To remove the app entirely, uninstall it from the Stripe Dashboard. You can also revoke access anytime in Google Account permissions.
Are paid plans available?
The Free plan is available. Pro and Business remain unavailable to purchase until the pricing page reports paid automation as ready. No account is charged without explicit Stripe Checkout consent.
