Renewal and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly when available. Cancel through Stripe Customer Portal; access continues through the paid period. Upgrades are planned to prorate immediately, with downgrades at the next period.
Business billing, tax, and refunds
Workestic is sold for business or professional use. Prices are tax-exclusive in USD; applicable tax is added at Stripe Checkout after Workestic's registrations are confirmed. A business tax ID is optional unless the buyer's circumstances require one. Except where law requires otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable. Read the plan terms.
Automation security
Scheduling requires the supported Workestic Chrome companion and a Stripe restricted read key, encrypted by Workestic. You can revoke it. Read the Privacy Policy.
Important: Stripe and Google API limits, Google Sheets limits, request size, execution time, and the fair-use policy still apply. “No Workestic row quota” is not a promise that an infinitely large job will complete. Paid checkout stays disabled while the automation launch gates are incomplete.
